Terms of Service

1. Services

VF Ads provides productized creative strategy, scripting, editing, and short-form video ad production. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and revision allowance are defined by the package purchased or a separate written agreement.

2. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and assets you have the right to use. Delivery timelines begin once the brief and required materials are complete. Delays in feedback or asset delivery may move the production schedule.

3. Payment and cancellations

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due before production begins. Because creative capacity is reserved and work begins promptly, fees become non-refundable once strategy or production has started. Any exception will be assessed in good faith based on work completed.

4. Revisions

Each package includes the listed number of revision rounds. Revisions cover reasonable changes to hooks, captions, editing, and the approved creative direction. New concepts, reshoots, brand repositioning, or changed offers may require a new scope.

5. Rights and portfolio use

After full payment, you receive rights to use the final delivered creative. VF Ads retains its pre-existing tools, templates, methods, and unused concepts. We will not present your work publicly as a case study without permission.

6. Performance

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control. VF Ads does not guarantee revenue, return on ad spend, platform approval, or a specific business result.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or prohibited products or claims. We may decline work that creates legal, platform-safety, or reputational risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, VF Ads will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability relating to a project will not exceed the amount paid for that project.
